We really need to talk to a doctor over the phone. We are not in the U.S., so it is not easy to visit a LLMD. We just need to talk for a few minutes, to ask a few questions. Specifically, my wife was diagnosed with Lyme, and we don't know what to do with our two month old baby (wife was infected at beginning of second trimester).
Of course, we have sent in for a test, but it seems they are not very reliable..and we don't want to wait for her to be possible brain damaged before we do something.
Your help is greatly, GREATLY, appreciated, we are tearing our hair out over what to do.
Thank you, Sasha Shepherd 773-634-9658 (U.S. number) Or send PM/reply and I will respond ASAP (don't want to post email because of spam)

I would NOT post your name and/or phone number here. This is a public board. It's just as important as not posting your email... moreso I would think.

Buddha - you can click on the box with the pencil in it and edit your post to remove your personal info. People will pm you.
You could also contact the doctor organization, ILADS, at www.ILADS.org and contact Barbara Buchman - she may be able to help you out in finding a doctor.

Hi, Buddha, I sent you a private message. I hope it is possible for you to come to the States and stay with family or friends so you can see a lyme literate doctor (LLMD).
I also agree with the others about your personal information. We have some nasty trolls that come here. They have contacted members in the past and have harassed them, I just don't think posting personal info here is a good idea.
We are here to help you and let us know what we can do for you.
You have our support!
