I am looking for info on this doctor. He was referred to me but his name is too common to locate.

Also, if you know who I'm talking about, please share your thoughts.

My uncle needs a differential (?) between Parkinson's (he has family history) & Lyme (he's had a tick bite with bullseye) so we need someone who really knows both, as well as worth seeing.
