Hi,

I apologize for posting this under "medical" but know this gets a lot more hits than "seeking a doc."

After 2 years of multiple, oral abx in hopes of improvement. I feel like I'm at a crossroads and need to make some decisions. I have actually been able to sort of "fake" wellness, when the reality is I am very, very sick.

My CNS is out of control on overdrive and, at this point, death feels like it would be a relief.

Though the thought of traveling is overwhelming, I need to take some serious steps to try to get to a better place.

So...my question...

I am considering consulting with either Dr. J in D.C., Dr. H in NY (if he takes new patients) or Dr. H in Redwood City. I am on the West coast, but at this point, that part doesn't matter.

If you've seen or see any of these docs and have input, I would really appreciate it a lot.

Thanks a ton.

TS

I just posted the same question in seeking a dr. Would be interested in knowing of Dr. H in Ny is accepting new patients, and how long the wait? Feel free to P.M. any info.
Thanks

I believe Dr H in NY is accepting new patients, although he no longer accepts medicare now.

It's usually about a 3 month wait, and if either of you need a reference, PM me. It usually goes quicker that way.

Good luck

Derek

I see the one in NY. It's kind of an on and off thing, but I think at this time he is accepting new patients. Derek is right, at least 2-3 month wait.

I have seen Dr. H in Redwood city 2 times so I am not the best source of informtaion. I like that he combines abx and natural methods. He also listens. He knows what he is doing but I think the complaint that is heard the most is that he is overbooked.

I live in CA and saw the Dr. H here for a year. I now fly across the country to see Dr. J, and just finished 7 months of much-needed IV treatment (with NO herbs except artemisia!) that I would have otherwise not gotten....

So I think you can figure out who I'd recommend. [Smile]

Did Dr. J help you get well?
