My father was recently diagnosed with ALS at Mayo Clinic and through his bloodwork was told that he had a false positive for Lyme Disease. Considering how these two (Lyme and ALS) mimic each symptoms I can't help but wonder if there is more to this story (is there a chance he has Lyme instead of ALS). I am looking for a LLMD in Illinois or the surrounding states (Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan). Your help is very appreciated.
