My girlfriend went on a walk with her 2.5 year old last night at 7. She went to give her a bath at 8 and she noticed a pretty large tick on her. She doesnt know if it actually bit her but she got tweezers and took it off. It left a red mark so it may have bit a little. she was able to get the whole thing. Strangely i had just posted on my face book yesterday that if that ever happens to save the tick. So she called me and i'm going to pick up the tick today to take to igenex.

Anyone know of a doc in marin county that will give the child a round of antibiotics to make sure she's all right? All the LLMD's i know have a 6 week waiting list and cost over 600 dollars. I'm thinking a regular doc should be able to prescribe some?

also, anyone know how much it is to get the tick tested?
