Hi,

I am new to the forum and seeking a "lyme literate" doctor in the central Florida area. I am presently being evaluated for joint pain, severe fatigue, swelling and a rash. I am being told that this could be caused by Lyme, Lupus or Dermatamyositis. Blood work and biopsies were done this week.

I would really like to seek a second opinion to rule in or out Lyme disease by an expert. Any reccomendations you can make to me would be very much appreciated.

HELLO, I LIVE IN FLORIDA TOO AND HAVE NOT BEN ABLE TO FIND A DOCTOR IN THE AREA, IF YOU KNOW OF ANY PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK.

Perhaps search books in print on tick infections by physicians in Florida or SW USA? [Smile]
