ok.. my awesome LLMD is suggesting that I find a pain management Dr, or center in my state of TN since I have to travel every 4 months to see him to get my Fentanyl patches. I'm trying to find pain management clinics and centers so that I can try and change not having to go every 4 months. but when I google, all I find are places that give steroid injections which makes Lymies worse, and or, they end up being chiropractic centers and I already have a great chiro. I just need a pain management Dr. to give me my prescriptions every month, so I won't have to travel to MO every 4mth, just so he can prescribe my Fentanyl patches. Can anyone give any advice on how to do this and what type of Dr., do I need to look up??? please help me.. thanks,

I thought you might try contacting my pain management doc, who is very kind. He's in NJ, but might be able to suggest what you can do to locate someone in your area.

Try calling a local orthopedic surgeon or group to get the name of a pain management doctor or center.
