- 17 1/2 year old son self diagnosed 6 weeks ago based on neurological symptoms including eye floaters, numb, tingling shaky hands, brain fog. We had it confirmed by PCP. With these symptoms it's likely he's had it a long time. PCP prescribed 3 weeks oral doxycycline and we had to push to get 2 more weeks. We feel he's going to need more evaluation and care and can see PCP doesn't think it's serious.
We're looking for a LLMD or other practitioner in MD ideally from near or north of Baltimore or in southern PA, York, Lancaster Counties. We understand we're in a hot zone in northern Baltimore County and Lancaster County is also so we'd hope there's educated help in the area? Wider area ok too. Thanks
