Like many, it has taken too many years to find out why I am so tired and my body has gone berserk. I am an adult who finally found a LLMD who said, "Yes, you have Lyme", however, I am not sure I am getting the best care.

I am extremely tired, can only work a few hours a week, let alone manage living. I have done about a month and a half of antibiotics, but had trouble, so the Dr. had me stop the meds completely. Not only that, but some things have come up with this Dr. that concern me.

I have been off antibiotics all together for over a month, and the brain fog is getting really bad. [loco] The other symptoms - feeling like I'm being attacked by mosquitoes, eyelid twitching, eye hurting, strange rashes, aches & pains, etc. are mild. My biggest trouble is the fatigue and fog.

So I am looking for a second opinion for treatment as well any advice how to survive this. I can't think. I keep forgetting to take my supplements, my house is disorganized b/c my brain is disorganized and I'm so darned tired. An hour or two of activity, and I'm wiped out. [confused]

Thanks for taking the time to read. Thanks also to those of you who created this forum. My marriage fell apart a couple of years ago, and the ministry that saved us had a forum that saved my life. You are appreciated!

I'm trying to find out if anyone has had any experiences with the Dr. I've been seeing. I've been to three different Dr.s, all professing to by Lyme Literate, but I'm not sure who to trust. I have concerns and doubts, and don't know how to decide which way to go.

Thanks.

You can PM their names to me. There's only one in IL I would trust.
