Hello all, i am a 23 yo living on cape cod, falmouth to be more specific. Past few months i have been dealing with a multitude of problems such tmj disorder, or so i have though, but it seemed to come and go and now i am thinking it is more like lyme dz. Not sure if anyone is familiar with the symptoms of a true tmj disorder but they are very similar to lyme, however the past few weeks i have had an big increase to my level of fatigue. Used to be in the gym everyday and now have not been in 3 weeks, and all my feelings and symptoms have me really depressed. Don't know what to do. I have had a full tick borne dz panel and all came back negative! However i did have a slightly positive (1:160) on my ana test. Have found tho that the ana can test falsely positive with lyme. I was started on doxy from er Dr. but pcp said to stop when my results for tick borne dz was negative. I was starting to feel a LITTLE better on it for those 4 days and when i stopped the next day i felt poor again. Anyway symptoms continue, headache all the time, usually temporal headaches but sometimes full head pressure headache, feel disoriented time to time, get annoyed easily, facial numbness from time to time that occasionally goes down arms, weak muscles all over, neck shoulder pain, ear pain, off balance feeling occasionally, when my balance used to be excellent, along with a bunch i know i cant think of now. But dose this seem like lyme to you? long story short, i need somewhere, another dr around that can actually listen to my concerns. Any help is greatly appreciated, and a great help!!!! thanks
