Brand new and delighted to find this discussion group.

Any recs. for doctors treating late stage lyme (esp. in South Florida) would be so appreciated.

From what I was told, there are no reliable treatment options in the area. You would need to travel to at least the center of the state, Tampa or Orlando.

There is someone on here who goes to the SW coast of FLA and from what I have read of her posts, she seems happy with her treatment thus far.
Maybe she will read this and send you a PM.

You could join the FLA Lyme group at Yahoo for more listings or at least some feedback to help you decide on your course of action.

Best wishes!

Welcome to Lymenet! [hi] We are happy to have you. I sent you a private message (pm), click on the flashing envelope. [Smile]

Also, check out our great "Medical Questions" forum where you can ask all the questions you might have and our wonderful, knowledgeable members will answer them. Just read some of the threads and you'll see just how informative they are! [Smile]

There is also the ``Search'' feature at the top of the page where you can enter the subject you are wanting info on and all the threads on that subject will appear. This is a great way for you to learn, research and gather the information you are interested in, it's just at your fingertips! [Smile]

I'm sorry but I am no longer accepting any private messages due to my own battle with lyme.
