From what I've been told, he is an infectious disease doctor that acknowledges lyme but is not an LLMD and does not treat for long periods. Think he has pretty good reviews on rate md

He does treat aggressively and long term and thou may not always follow Dr B's guidelines he has come a long way and is learning quickly.
