I need the name and number of an excellent LLMD in Long Island... near Northport if possible. Isn't there a Dr. B protege out there?
My friend's 15 year old daughter began exhibiting personality changes and anxiety about 18 months ago. It escalated into seizures and she's been unable to talk or walk for the past four days. Originally they put her in a psych hospital.
She's been in a regular hospital the past four days and everyone is scratching their heads while she responds terribly to the psych meds they are giving her. No one has tested her for Lyme.
I have urged them to test for Lyme and Co's through a LLMD; thus the need ASAP. She's really declining rapidly; it's horrible.
Thanks,
