Hi all,

Does anyone have a suggestion on a neurologist that is lyme friendly in the DC area? I have a very good LLMD that I'm seeing, but he wants me to go to a neurologist as well, and wasn't able to give me any suggestions. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I have the complete cocktail of Lyme, babs & bart (with babs most prevalent).

First infected in 1987, reinfected 2006.

Sorry, but I don't think there are any lyme literate or lyme friendly neurologists in this area.

There are probably only a few in the nation.

This article names a couple:

All you generally will run into are lyme hostile neurologists who will treat you terribly. We talk about it on this board a lot. I can tell my horror story involving one very near you.

TF - did you notice that google has put an ad on this website for attorneys that sue lyme doctors? Talk about the ultimate insult.

Looks like they may have pulled the google ads - probably due to your comment! Thanks lou!

I noticed this same ad on the dubious diagnosis site... likely they wouldn't pull the google ads because of it.

Where are the lawyers for our side? I can think of a few criminal ID docs that should be in court for their crimes against humanity.

May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.
