LOVE him. I worry that I am relapsing (after two years) and want to return to him, but the trip is so hard from northeastern MA. Southern CT was not easy, but just getting into NYC is hard.

Julie..thank you..I am in queens NY and have a hard time getting to the city since I cannot walk to take the train. There is parking in his area though..it is residental. Where you off abx that you are relapsing? Did you have IV or oral abx..my insurance is denying IV treatmetn with him since my western is only banc 41 and CD57 is normal. THank you for your answer.

I was on oral abx for 4+ years. It took awhile to get to the point where I could maintain my Lyme; every time I tried to reduce meds, I would relapse. I finally made it the last go round and, as I mentioned in my post, I have been off for 2+ years. I am hoping that it is not a relapse, but I am concerned it may be.

I amy headed to a new dr. in CT, but not because I am unhappy with Dr. R.

Best of luck to you.
Julie

Julie,

I know that there is a doctor in his place in CT since he is sending me to him for the picc line if it gets approved. He is still in close contact with those he worked with in CT. Do you want me to ask him for a name for you so you can get retested?

Let me know. Sorry for the previous posting, I get confused and thought it was sent to your personal mail. I will no longer be posting until i get my cognitive abilites back. Thank yoiu again for your input.
Feel better soon.
