I have been struggling with Lyme and several co-infections for years. Dr. E in NJ was very extremely helpful for me, but unfortunately does not treat children any more.

I breastfed my daughter and son, not realizing I was sick. And in addition, a few years ago she had 3 bullseye rashes at once, after a trip to upstate NY to visit family. She was treated with antibiotics for 4 weeks. Now she is experiencing petit mal seizures. Her pediatric neurologist (not Lyme literate) swears that there's no correlation to Lyme, and wants to put her on medicine which makes her extremely sick and exhausted. Considering the seriousness of the condition and the medicine - I want to make sure what it is we are dealing with. I am afraid of treating the symptom (seizures) instead of the disease (if it's really Lyme).

Thanks for any help you can give me!
