If you have gone to Dr. K, the neuro, in CT, or you know someone who has, I would like to ask some questions via PM or email. I need to make a choice and need some feedback.
If you want to do it via email, just PM me your email address. Thank you!

Hubby saw him 7 years ago. My opinion is still the same -- do not feel that he knows enough about coinfections or that he treats them aggressively. But I also think that about your current doc -- Dr W.
Sorry I do not know another neuro to suggest.
Think your best bet is to go to Dr K for the IV IgG and look for a 2nd doc for additional treatment.

I believe he knows EVERYTHING. I don't know where I'd be without him. He doesn't reccommed all these crazy supplements and his initial workup is amazing. Takes about 16 tubes of blood and gets to the bottom of everything.
I'm so glad I went to him and not some of the other LLMDs. A lot of LLMDs are in it for the money and are what I considered quacks. They prolong everything- if you don't get better, that means more visits and $$$ for them.
Within first visit you'll see why Dr. K (CT) is by far the best neurologist/lyme specialist in the country maybe the world.

SQ,
Dr. K is a neurologist. Usually only people who have neurological problems go to him. Or if they are going for evaluation to see if they need IVIG. All of that is pretty specialized stuff. People don't go to him just because they need an LLMD. I'm not sure what your situation is, so don't know what applies for you. He wouldn't be the first LLMD that people go to as a matter of course.
