I'm looking for referrals please for all LLMDs in NJ. I'm also wondering, do any of them take Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance (no out of network benefits), and how much do the lab tests cost?

Most LLMD's do not take insurance because that ties their hands. I sent you info on drs. You will need to call and ask if they take ins.

Testing with Igenex is around $200.

www.igenex.com Test #188 and 189 is what is recommended by most.
