I'm looking for an LLMD who will take Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance for office visits, but who runs tests with Igenex - which Horizon does not cover. I am willing to pay the money for Igenex testing - which is the best, but I'd sure be nice if I can at least get coverage for all the doctor office visits. Please give me some referrals for some good LLMD's who take Horizon but test with Igenex. Thanks!
