To those who can help, I recently tried to get an appointment in with one of the local LLMDs here in Hampton Roads and they aren't accepting new patients. I've been having phone consults with another doctor but I'm ready to get on something more aggressive as oral Minocycline has had mild success at best in treating my chronic Lyme.
Any help finding a doctor within this geographical range would be great. I have to wait another 2 months before getting an appointment with one of the best in DC and I'd like to start IV ABX as soon as possible. Thanks for any help in advance.

I am so sorry the dedicated Lyme patient volunteers are unable at this time to personally respond to all of the "Seeking a Doctor" requests due to health issues of their own.
I hope the information below may be of some help to you in your search for a Lyme-treating doctor.

Good luck, but the likelihood of finding a doc in NC who will prescribe IV antibiotics is next to zero. Odds in Virginia are only slightly better. Think you will have to look farther north.
