Are you SURE this is an LLMD?? he's not on my list

Make sure you get recommendations from several happy satisfied "customers" before proceeding.

Lymetoo, yes, as Cheffer confirmed she is a llmd. I initially got her name from my mom's friend who's daugther will be seeing her for her 1st visit in a week. I also got her name from 2 people on this site when I requested a llmd in OH. I will let you know how I feel after my appt! I feel pretty confident about her as of now!
Cheffer, thank you so much! I can't express how much I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions, it really put me at ease! Very kind of you!
Be well,
Jen

Hello,

First time visitor. Looking for a doctor my mom, who is in southern Ohio. Not sure she has lyme, but has been sick for 20 years and diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Recently saw the movie on lyme and it sounds exactly like what she has. From the way it started to the different ways it progresses. She is desperate, tired of being tired, in lots of pain.
Please let me know any info on this Dr. R. I live in New York City, and would also have her here to see someone. All the doctors tell her she is crazy!

Thanks!!!

We are looking for a Doctor in Southwest Ohio. Any suggestions anyone?

I am doing everything in my power to help my daughter recover. She has been suffering for 3 years. She was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Last night we saw the film "Under Your Skin" and we feel like Lyme disease fits her symptoms perfectly!

She has been to umpteen doctors and specialists and has been prescribed umpteen different medications, none of which are working. She is only getting worse.

Please help me find a Lyme Literate Physician with compassion, to help her. I want my daughter back! It's heart wrenching to watch her health disintegrate before my very eyes.

Please, I beg of you, help us.

Dr. R. is very kind and has Lyme in her family. She is ILADS trained with 2 very good docs. She had taken some time off and now is back. That may be why she is off of some lists. She doesn't see small children and she doesn't do IV antibiotics. She has a combination treatment of antibiotics and herbs. You can read her website for more information.

It is getting scary all these requests for Lyme doctors. I'm sorry for the people just starting out but there is hope!

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
