42 year old female.

I have struggled with poor health for a long time. Chronic Sinus issues, Barretts Esophagus, fatigue, and depression which now has given way to obesity, hypertension and dyslipidemia.

Winter of 10, I had pneumonia & this past February I had shingles. Lately my eyesight is not as sharp.

I have changed doctors...blood tests are normal yet every 5-6 weeks I get sick, so sick I need to sleep for days.

Most doctors assume I am entering perimenapause or write off my symptoms due to my weight.

I don't remember having a bite, nor did I ever see a rash, but I do live alone.

I used to work outside when I was in my twenties, That is when my Gerd started even though I was at a healthy weight.

I also adopted a beagle 5 years ago who on his first vet visit was diagnosed with Lyme. He was treated successfully and I get him tested regularly.

I am not sure if I have Lyme, but I am getting desperate and am actively seeing all sorts of specialists to get to the bottom of my illness.

If someone could help me find a LLMD in NJ so that I can rule it out or get diagnosed that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
