We live in a tick infested area. My 8-year-old son has unexplained headaches, periodic joint pain, memory problems and rashes. Has been going on for over a year. He was tested for lyme in August 2009.

For myself, I sustained some sort of bite 6 weeks ago. No rash. Ongoing "burning" under skin even after bite has healed. Unexplained muscle pain. Fever. Forgetfulness.

I'd like to rule out Lyme for both of us.

Thank you, anyone, who can recommend a lyme literate doctor in Maine or Massachusetts.
