I am in the Rochester area and would like to find a doctor close to me if at all possible. I do not want to go to the Mayo Clinic as I've had nothing but bad experiences there.

I will send you what I have. How far would Wisconsin be from you? I hope others reply soon. Mayo doesn't do Lyme.
