I had a name for an LLMD in eastern Iowa area and I have lost the paper that I wrote it on.!!!

Does anyone know of a guy LLMD that works in the eastern IOWA and upper NW areas of ILLINOIS?

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
