Hi All, I tested pos for band 58 and am not sure if I have Lymes or not but am seeking a MD. Do any take health Ins. Thank You in Advance.

Band 58 is listed as specific for Lyme - something like a heat-shock protein, whatever that means. Some LL doctors think even one positive band for Lyme is enough.

I've heard of bands 23, 31, 34, 39, 93 as being specific to Lyme (and of course the ubiquitous band 41). But never heard about (or at least don't remember) band 58. Learn something new here every day!
