We live in Southern Illinois and so far cannot find a lyme literate doctor in our area. We are not terribly far from St. Louis, MO or Peducah, KY. I know of one Dr. in TN (3 hours away) but not impressed with our interaction with him so far (hard to get an appointment, etc.), also know of one 5 hours from here in MO, but know nothing about him and would love feedback if we can't find someone closer.
