Hi, I am an almost 20 year sufferer (bullseye rash, never a positive test until IgenX testing by my first LLMD) needing to re-enter treatment after being away and increasingly symptomatic over the past 7 years. I saw Dr.B in PA first many years ago and don't want to see him again, too mercenary and weird for me, and I saw Dr. DeM in NJ and liked her a lot, but alas, she is in prison and I don't think she can prescribe through the visitor glass. I need someone who knows the co-infections well, as I am thinking the almost 4 years of ABX and Babesia tx I did may have knocked out the LYME, but my insomnia, twitches, numb toes, hair loss, headaches,insulin-resistance, unbelievable forgetfulness, speech and handwriting problems are likely from some co-beast that slipped through the ABX net. I'd love someone who takes a balanced approach with incorporating alternative/supplement tx and subscribes to Burrascano's guidelines and isn't so obviously out to gouge the patient financially (what is up with some of these doc's?!! $800 for 30 mins of your time? Really?!!) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have a sweet PCP who offered me 2 mos of doxy and figured I better find someone who actually means well AND knows what they are doing before I get myself really sick on a monotherapy that is likely to mess me up big time. Thanks!

Oh, I wanted to add that I actually tested positive for Lyme (after 18 years of negative tests by quest labs) a year ago at LabCorp, so I at least have that as a starting point this time. Thanks
