I am looking for a doctor for myself and my 11 year old daughter (probably husband too). We live in Cecil Maryland so an MD in Harford or Cecil MD or upper Delaware would be great. I do have insurance but cash isn't all that easy to come by. ANY help would be MUCH appreciated!
