All, My name is Matt, and for the last 7 years I have been battling anmyriadnof symptoms from headaches to difficulty walking at times. My symptoms have included: Headaches Fatigue (from mild to severe) Muscle weakness Sight problems- tunnel vision, blurry vision Shaky Muscle twitches Brain fog Depression/anxiety with no apparent cause Swollen glands Stiff muscles Aches & pains throughout body And many more...
The symptoms seem to come & go and at times have been almost debilitatig. At this point I just feel so sick. I was diagnosed with strep throat recently, started 500mg amaoxicillin 2x per day and actually feel worse. All labs negative/normal. I've been to the ER twice this week and thy just acted like I was a complete hypohondriac. Therefore, I am going to try to take this upon myself to get the help I need before I cost myself a marriage and my 5-month old baby.
If someone knows of a great LLMD in the Virginia area please let me know. I am in the Roanoke/New River Valley area, but I am willing to travel if necessary. Thanks in advance for your help. I truly hope one day all those suffering can find the true relief we need from this truly horrible disease.
God bless, Matt

PM of MD's sent.
It's amazing there is a controversy to this insidious disease and I've found it easiest to show a couple of u tube video's on the controversy.

Please consider joining your own state group in the LymeDisease.org network. Many groups are sizable enough to offer quite a bit of help. Go to http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/statenamelyme to find how to find your group.
