Thank you for response. Still need help finding reputable DR(s)that will take Anthem Blue Cross/Shield. Unfortunately finding out that they are not . Please advice

It's very hard to find a decent LLMD that accepts insurance.

I posted this a while back about LLMDs and insurance http://littlebithaslyme.wordpress.com/finding-an-llmd/

I know there's also another post that use to be floating around on here, lymenet, that has a great explanation about this.
