My 8 year old niece was *finally* tested for lyme and her titers came back "high enough for the pediatrician to treat" (per her mom, my sister). I should mention that the pediatrician is very conservative and belongs to the prefer-to-undertreat school of thought so I can only imagine that it's something to take seriously.
She has been feeling 'lymish' symptoms for at least a year and I've finally convinced my sister to get her daughter tested... Anyone have a LLMD in NJ area who can treat an 8 year old to recommend?
