hello, I have been a patient of Dr. H for a few years. Things were really great at the beginning couple of years, but last year or so I started to have a feeling, that the quality of care has gone down, while prices keep going up.
I know that there are brilliant doctors, but it is getting increasingly difficult to deal with the office, especially if you need to address something urgent, and appointments seem to be getting shorter .
I do not want to mention any specifics, but couple of times people were really rude to me for no reason whatsoever, just because they seemed overwhelmed and stressed-out.
I also feel that doctors there are often so tired, that I'm not sure that they can pay full attention to individual patient problems.
I was wondering, if anyone feels the same way about Dr. H recently and/or switch to another doctor and feels more satisfied ? thank you
