I'm a former patient of Dr.B. in East Hampton and he did a miraculous job getting me almost normal after years of "there's nothing wrong with you" and "It's all in your head." So I am not looking for a doctor for myself....instead my beautiful 9 year old granddaughter and my lovely daughter-in-law are the ones needing an LLMD's care. Since Dr.B's retirement, I have no idea who they should be seeing!!! My son is willing to drive them into Manhattan or to Connecticut or anywhere reasonably close (especially if they will take his insurance!)My granddaughter has been put on meds for anxiety and I have a sneaking suspicion that it could be a Lyme-related symptom. Her pediatrician only gave her the "recommended" Lyme treatment for about 3 weeks and I knew it wasn't enough but I was helpless to do anything to help. Now I am trying to locate someone who can help save my grandbaby (and my daughter-in-law) from a lost childhood, pain and suffering. PLease send me any info you might have on LLMDs in this area. Thank you so very much.

Hi, I have symptoms but only some of the bands, though my symptoms could be related to an autoimmune disease diagnosis also. I think I should see a specialist, my husband saw Dr. B in the Hamptons. Can anyone suggest an LLMD in Long Island? Thank you so much.
