I might be consulting with a LLMD in New Mexico. If you've seen a LLMD in NM, would you PM me their name? I would like to consult with a patient who may have seen this doc to get info about their experience and opinion. It requires a plane ride for me and want to make sure it's worth my trouble, money and time. Thanks a lot. TS

I've seen people on other message boards talk about a Dr. S in New Mexico who is very good but I haven't been able to figure out who that is. If someone knows, please PM me. Thanks!

There is one in Santa Fe; however, she does not accept any insurance...you have to pay cash.

I have an appt. with the 2nd MD in Santa Fe who is supposed to be Lyme Literate. "Supposed" is the scary word. This MD does not accept insurance, I will have to pay cash, but his office will give you the paperwork necessary to submit to your insurance company to HOPEFULLY get reimbursed. After reading the paperwork that was sent to me, I found out that this doctor is "holistic"...that has never worked for me in 18 years so I have very little confidence. I will go to the appointment in August and report back.
