Hello I'm a 30 year old male. I was bitten by a bug in the mid 80's while on a family camping trip as a child.
I never seen the insect that bit me, however I did get the Bull's eye rash. I was seen by the family Doctor after I was returning home from the camping trip.
Later in life I have developed many of the symptoms in the long list of symptoms.
As of late I have been experiencing what I can only describe as a brief black out I'll be walking
along or sitting and I'll get this feeling of passing out for only a second or fraction of a second, it is a really freaky feeling.
I was told I have a large heart.
Various aches and pains the pins and needles, burning stabbing at various place over my body (head legs arms eyes).
Chronic lower back pain, trouble sleeping hardly sleep but when I do it is at a marathon length.
I can wake up but it's very foggy and I'm still very tired to the point I give up and fall back asleep.
When I do manage to wake up the fog never really completely lifts.
I live near the Wilkes-Barre Scranton area of Pennsylvania. I am also unemployed and I have the Pa Access Card (Medicare/Medicaid).
Thank you The madmonk

I'm not sure if you got the list or just a name or two. Let me know if you need more info.
