I've left a few messages in the new patient mailbox but I haven't gotten a call back yet. How long does it usually take the office to return your call?
Also, does anyone know how long the wait time is to get an appt. with one of his PAs?

I had left messages weekly for about 3 or 4 months and never got a call back.

Got discouraged and stopped calling...

Then one day my hubby picked up the phone, called them and pushed "0" to speak to someone live and in person.

He must have worked magic because I got an appointment the very next week. No idea how or what he did..

With that said, I know that alot of people do not have the same outcome as I did.

I think because I am somewhat local and sick for a long time they "squeezed" me in.

Perhaps you should push the "0" buttom and speak to someone in person about getting in.
