I am in Raleigh, NC and am looking for a good LLMD as close as possible. I am 44 years old and contracted Lyme 6 years ago.
I have had many problems and diagnosed with various illnesses (ie depression, fibromyalgia, vertigo, endometriosis, etc) and have had 2, I believe, unneccessary surgeries.
I have started having neurological symptoms, which is quite scary and have overall been going downhill more rapidly over the past year and it seems to be gaining momemtum.
I stay at home with my 2 young children and I no longer feel I can care for them properly as I can not stay out of bed for more than 15 - 30 minutes.

I sent you a pm for nc llmd's.
I can sympathize with your situation as I have a young child and it has been very hard being so sick while taking care of someone else, let alone yourself.
I too was diagnosed with fibromyalgia first.
Good luck, I hope you find a good doctor and feel better soon!!

Crystal 13's story sounds just like my sons. We also are looking for a LLD in North Carolina (Wilmington, NC but will travel)
