No LLMDs in Oregon. There are a few LL NDs (naturopathic doctors) who are ILADS educated, however.

Can't say about Idaho but there is at one one ILADS-educated LL ND in Montana, on the western side, maybe SW area. Forget the town/city, though.

As you live in Seattle (I see from a previous post of yours), you'll likely do much better there where there are both ILADS-educated LLMDs and ILADS-educated LL NDs.

Be sure to check the clinic at Bastyr Naturopathic college. They may have a sliding fee scale and may have some LL ND clinicians on staff. If so, not sure how thorough a treatment plan they may be able to offer but, at least, there would be some support services.

Sadly, it may be difficult to find someone in your insurance plan. Still, look, of course. Just be prepared.

Be sure to connect with the lyme support groups near you for both LL doctors and for those who may be able to a lyme friendly PCP, helping to monitor, etc.

You can also connect to on line support though

Most Lyme doctors do not take insurance because of the politics surrounding this horrible disease and its complex treatment.

Click on "Support Groups" in the upper left-hand corner of the Lymenet page, then the states you are looking for. Contact information will come up. Maybe they can help.

Sorry, I don't see anyone in Idaho or Montana on my national list.
