Hello, I am on the hunt for a lyme Dr for my wife. I read some information on te Dr in Wilton who is no longer practicing and would like some info on someone preferably near New Haven County but not necessary.
Kinda-short story: In approxiamtely 1996 my wife (then girlfriend) was diagnosed with lyme disease. She had bells palsy and the right side of her face was paralyzed. She has since recovered from that but has had un explained bouts of arthritis and fairly recently unexplained hair loss. Her bouts of hair loss and arthritis have increased greatly in the past year or so and she has had much testing done on both with no luck.
I did some research and found that these symptoms can still be related to lyme and I am hoping to shed some light and help her. I haven't given up that lyme is the culprit and I want her to hear from a LLMD that it is either the cause or not. Thanks for your help.
