Good Morning and Welcome to LymeNet!!!There are two in East Texas, close to Tyler, I think. Just ask if you haven't been given those. I check back here later today...I've got some things to do today that require my attention.
The following link you will definitely want to bookmark and return to time and time again and again as you start to get a grip on the complexities of this disease and it's co-infections.
This post was done by Tincup to answer most of the questions that new posters seem to ask over and over again and again, so you will began to understand this complicated disease. Education of Lyme Disease is your very best chance of getting the help you will need.

But, IMO, getting to the correct doctor, an LLMD, is the upmost importance. Many doctors claim that they treat Lyme Disease, but, there are only a couple of handfulls that actually have Lyme Disease (LD) and co-infections as the major part of their practice.
To not see an LLMD, will cost you lots of time and money and not to mention, you health.
Many of us have gone the route of trying to get away with just being treated by our PCPs if we are lucky enough to have a PCP who will try and understand this disease, only to have to later get into see an LLMD. And, you can see how that would set one back.
I hope you can stay around awhile and start to learn about this disease...the more you learn then, the better your treatment will be.
Again, welcome to LymeNet and you might want to introduce yourself over in either in the General Questions forum or the Medical Questions forum. Hopefully, someone will come by with more for you.
Again, welcome to LYmeNet.
