Good morning, all,

I am beginning the long journey to find out exactly why I am in so much pain (especially in base of skull, tight neck/shoulder muscles, stabbing pains in back of neck) and having so many neurological issues (clumsy, tripping over things, losing my balance). Oh, and of course forgetting things, saying the wrong word for a common item...you get the drift. I was hospitalized 7 years ago for "an allergic reaction to a tick bite." I was initially treated with Doxycycline and Predisone and sent home after a day and a half with prescriptions for the same. Anyway, the more I have researched, the more I believe that at the very least I should consider Lyme's Disease and its cohorts. Does anyone know of a LLMD in the Greater Nashville/Southern Kentucky/Middle Tennessee area? I would appreciate it if you would tell me a bit of your experience with the doctor, his/her approach, etc.

Thank you very much, all messges will be greatly apprciated!
Minnie
