Maybe use stealth infection knowledge which covers a wide range of infections instead of just focusing on lyme.
There is a url on this site with some really good info on trained and knowledgable dentists.
I'll see if I can find it.

Scrappy, this website is full of threads by Gigi member #259 about dental issues. Please use the search tab above, put in dentist, medical forum and member 259 for years of expertize on this.
Meanwhile a couple names for searching is Boyd Haley, Bob Jones University of Kentucky, Alcorp and TOPAS.
Also I ran across Huggins Alliance in Georgia.
