I am posting for a 56 year old man who answered yes to 51 of the symptoms checklist for chronic lyme disease that we got from another site.

He lived for the past 35 years in Northern California. First in Redding then in Auburn. He has been bitten repeatedly by ticks. most recently in february 2012. he moved to Montrose Colorado the end of May 2012.

He has been diagnosed with Narcolepsy and had an episode of Bells Palsy. He currently suffers from Severe Asthma and Chronic Bronchitis, possibly c.o.p.d.

Since March 2012 he has been hospitalized in Ca three times. Since May he has been treated at the hospital in montrose co, four times. Once being placed on a ventilator for over 24hrs.

He has multiple symptoms that include gastrointestinal and pulmonary and neurological.

He is completely debillitated and unable to work for some time. He would be dead if he didn't live one block from the hospital.
