Does anyone have any information on Dr. F in Lousiana such as cost and email?

I just got my results from my MRI and it said I do not have MS. My vision is declining very fast in my left eye and has started in my right.

I need someone to take me serious in regards to Lyme. I have read a lot of forums where Dr. F has saved peoples lives.

I am ready to kick this in high gear now knowing it is definitly Lyme causing all of this debilitating stuff.

Moved a few months ago... being treated by llmd out of state... Need LLMD in New Orleans If not will take recommendations for Louisiana thanks...
