Looking for a LLMD in New York City.

I am in my 20s, currently living in queens and working in Manhattan. Formally a patient of a Dr. L in Westchester but moved to the city and need to find a doctor closer to my apartment.

Symptoms: Severe brain fog: inability to concentrate, think, process information, cannot read for long periods of time, severe pain in knees, blurry vision, depression, fatigue
