I looked it up, and Lodi is on I-80 in northern NJ.

Maybe if you put Northern NJ on the topic line, you would get better results.

Also, if you go to "Support Groups" in the menu on the upper right of this page, you will find about a dozen groups for New Jersey. I am sure if you reach one of them, they will be able to direct you.

Once you have some names, write a new post in "Seeking a Doctor" to ask for personal references. This way, your brother-in-law will find the right doctor to get the correct treatment.
