Just posted a request for an LLMD in CO, but since there may not be any in CO I am posting this request as travelling to the NY metro area might have to be the way to go.

So if there are any outstanding LLMDs in the New York metro /tri-state region please pass them along. Especially any that may do a phone consult initially.

Most Lyme doctors want patients to be established before they will do phone consults. You would have to call their office to find out.
