Double vision and orbital pain since eye surgery in 1/12. Can't take it anymore. Pain every day for 1 1/2 years. Need lyme friendly pain mgmt.doc. I can't deal with any lectures or condescendtion from non lyme friendly doctor. I'm in too much pain for that.

I don't know of any where you are looking, but sent you a suggestion for CT, if you can travel.
