This doc (a Canadian) is not that close to Toronto (she is near Montreal), but she has chosen to serve Canadians with lyme in an office in the U.S.:
There is also a video of her on that page.

There are a few docs in BC treating lyme. 3 LLNDs, 2 of which have extensive experience treating lyme patients and can prescribe oral and IV abx as well as ozone and UV, and 1 who is just getting into it but is getting help by a retired infectious doc with 30 plus years of lyme treating experience called Dr. M.
The two ILaDS docs have patients from all over Canada.
There is also an MD who bases treatment on the Marshall protocol.
If you do not have success in east Canada or buffalo finding a doc, PM me and I will send you their info.
If you have airmiles or aeroplan miles it helps for transportation costs.
Best, Greta

Also just found out about an LLND treating in Ottawa.
VERY well trained! Some would say by the best Canadian doc (since retired), and the best US doc specializing in a special lyme demographic.
Am PMing you.
